I tried grooming her without tieing her up but that didn’t work. I tied her hulter to the fence and that isn’t working. Any help would be great I am running out of ideas. I just got the horse and the old owners told me that they didn’t work with her all winter. The horse is a year old. Thanks for the help.

Since i was little i’ve always wanted a horse. My parents always said no, because we never had the money or place to keep it. We now live in the country and my mom said i might be able to get one! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a breed. I want a horse that is calm and just for riding. I usually ride with an english saddle. I also have taken lessons on riding and horse care.

I’m trying to save up for a miniature horse. What I’m planning on doing is I know lots of 5 to 8 year olds and I would let them ride my pony and it would cost 10$ for a half an hour. So how much will a miniature horse cost per year? That includes vet, farrier, tack, grooming supplies, etc.

I live in washington so will that affect the cost?
